You can use exploded views to balloon an assembly using item numbers found in a parts list or bill of material. You create exploded views by using a combination of assembly (.iam), presentation (.ipn), and drawing (.idw, .dwg) files. A view of the assembly is created in the presentation file, and the components are repositioned in the view.
